Overview
What makes a good soap box?
Bars vary more than people think. Handmade soap shrinks as it cures, so measure a cured bar, not a fresh one.
A soap box is usually a small tuck-end carton or a sleeve. It has to fit a bar that isn't perfectly square, let the scent through, and carry ingredients on a small panel.
Kraft is the common choice because it suits handmade and natural soap. White board is better for bright or pastel brands.

- Die-cut window. A hole, not film, so people can smell the bar.
- Ingredient panel. Back or side.

Measure a fully cured bar: length, width and thickness. If your bars vary, measure the biggest.
Send those numbers or a photo of a bar on a ruler. We add clearance so the bar slides in without forcing. How to measure a box explains the order.

If nothing gets printed, a stock box supplier is cheaper and faster. We're worth it once the box carries your brand.
